Intro to Yoga 1

with Jennifer Sadugor

Six Week Class
Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Starting Sept. 14, 2017

In this class, you will learn & experience:

  • Yoga as a tool to improve your health and life
  • Simple breathing techniques for greater energy & clarity
  • Yoga postures to improve flexibility, strength & stamina
  • The practice of conscious deep relaxation

Cost: $89 (after Sept. 4th, $99)
Includes sticky mat and 2 free yoga classes after completing the course

 

This is not a drop-in class.
Seven or more days written notice of cancellation in order to receive a credit.

CLASS SERIES

Intro to Yoga 2

with Jennifer Sadugor

Six Week Class
Thursdays:
6:00 – 7:30 pm
Starting August 3, 2017

In this series, we will build upon the following principles of yoga:

  • Principles of alignment and form in the various poses
  • The appropriate use of props in the poses and their importance
  • Poses that will improve balance, flexibility and strength
  • Poses that allow for deep relaxation

Cost: $79 (after July 27, $89)

All Students

Class starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive early enough to sign in and obtain the necessary props for class.

New Students

Arrive at class ten minutes early to meet the instructor. Tell the instructor if you have any injuries or physical limitations. This information will allow the instructor to provide modifications or alternate poses to meet your needs.

Etiquette

Remove shoes upon entering the studio. Enter the practice area with bare feet.

Hygiene is an important aspect of yoga. Please do not wear perfumes or scented products in the studio, and come to class clean.

Avoid eating before class.

Wear clothes that will allow you to stretch.
