Class Schedule

All Classes Temporarily Cancelled

With the current status of COVID-19 and guidelines recommended for social distancing, we feel at The Yoga Solution it is best for the students, teachers and those we love to temporarily close the studio. We will resume classes when the stay at home order is lifted and it is safe to do so.

During this challenging time, our practice and community is important. We are currently offering some classes online. Please check the online classes page for the schedule and to register. Any ideas you may have are welcome.

We will definitely work with all of you in regards to passes and series classes.

We will provide updates on our website and with our newsletter.

In the meantime, do what nourishes you best, stay well and healthy.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Intro 1 or 2:  New to yoga or Returning

Level 1-3:  Beginner/Continuing Beginner

Level 1-4:  Mixed Level

Level 2-4:  Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

Iyengar:  Traditional Hatha/Active

 

All Students

Class starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive early enough to sign in and obtain the necessary props for class.

New Students

Arrive at class ten minutes early to meet the instructor. Tell the instructor if you have any injuries or physical limitations. This information will allow the instructor to provide modifications or alternate poses to meet your needs.

Etiquette

Remove shoes upon entering the studio. Enter the practice area with bare feet.

Hygiene is an important aspect of yoga. Please do not wear perfumes or scented products in the studio, and come to class clean.

Avoid eating before class.

Wear clothes that will allow you to stretch.
