Intro 1 or 2: New to yoga or Returning
Level 2-3: Beginner/Continuing Beginner
Level 1-4: Mixed Level
Level 2-4: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
Iyengar: Traditional Hatha/Active
Class starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive early enough to sign in and obtain the necessary props for class.
Arrive at class ten minutes early to meet the instructor. Tell the instructor if you have any injuries or physical limitations. This information will allow the instructor to provide modifications or alternate poses to meet your needs.
Remove shoes upon entering the studio. Enter the practice area with bare feet.
Hygiene is an important aspect of yoga. Please do not wear perfumes or scented products in the studio, and come to class clean.
Avoid eating before class.
Wear clothes that will allow you to stretch.
